AH Code 1500 IRS Gearbox – 4.125 – Untested as engine in vehicle was not working – Turns OK
I am not a fan of selling gearboxes as I haven’t had them apart and can’t see what is going on inside them.
So unless I have driven them it is hard to gauge how good they are and so a strip and maybe rebuild is always recommended although they could be fine.
Gearboxes are sold on this basis.
